-All prices are listed in INR (₹) and are subject to change without notice
-Orders are processed upon successful payment for prepaid purchases. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, processing will begin after order confirmation.
-We use secure third-party payment gateways
-MODEELLE is not responsible for payment failures due to banking or technical issues.
4.Orders & Cancellations
-Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified
-Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch
-We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:
o Stock unavailability
o Suspicious or fraudulent activity
o Payment issues
In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
5.Shipping & Delivery
-Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors
-MODEELLE is not liable for delays caused by courier partners, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
-Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout
6.Returns, Exchanges & Refunds
-Returns and exchanges are subject to our Return Policy
-Products must be unused, unworn, and returned with original tags
-MODEELLE reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our criteria
-Refunds will be processed after inspection and may take 5–10 business days.
