1.Return Eligibility
-Returns are accepted within 3 days of delivery
-Items must be:
o Unused and unworn
o In original condition
o With all tags and invoice/bill intact
-Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted

2.Non-Returnable Items
-Discounted or sale items (only size exchange available, subject to availability)
-Customised or altered pieces
-Any items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

3.Exchange Policy
-Size exchanges are allowed, subject to availability
-Only one exchange per order is permitted
-If the requested size is unavailable, store credit will be issued
-Tags and Invoice/bill should remain intact

4.Refund Policy
-Refunds are processed after the product passes quality inspection
-Refunds will be issued in the form of:
o Store credit, or
o Original payment method (for prepaid orders only)
-Refund processing may take 5–10 business days

5.Reverse Shipping
-MODEELLE may assist with reverse pickup where available

6.Damaged or Incorrect Items
-Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
-Please provide clear photos or an unboxing video as proof
-Eligible cases will receive a replacement or full refund
